You are purchasing a hand made customised product by Quibell Customs. The production time stated above is an estimated time, we do our very best to get the product made and shipped in the estimated time frame specified. Due to this product being made by hand, by one person and not produced on a factory line we hope you can understand this time frame. The time frame may change as we may face unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control that could cause a delay however this is very rare. The estimated time for production can be changed at any time without notice. Once production starts, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel and refund orders for any reason. we will only be able to cancel a transaction if production has not started and are notified within the first 3 days of the purchase and will incur a £10 cancellation fee. If you received the product from us and realise you ordered the wrong size, unfortunately we will be unable to refund or exchange the item. For this reason I ask you please ensure your size and/or option is correct before making the purchase.
