FAQ

"What payment methods do you take?" - We take PayPal or bank transfer, PayPal on the website but on instagram We take PayPal or bank transfer what ever you feel comfortable with !

"Do you take returns?" - As everything is made to order, usually specifically for the customer sadly I do not :(

"Do you ship internationally?" - Yes we do ! please remember that there may be extra costs in your country for tax, custom fees etc on shipped items from abroad. 

"Where are you based?" - We are based in the United Kingdom.

"How long do orders take?" - Production time on orders may vary but are usually listed with the specific item. On average it can be between 1-4 weeks, however we try our hardest to reduce production times and finish a few orders within a couple of days.

"Is there any discounts you can get?" - Yes. all returning customers will receive a discount code for them to receive 10% off their orders. If you are a returning customer please feel free to contact us for your code! There are also sales every so often.

"Do you do personal custom/comission pieces'"- Yes we do. A lot of people usually ask for a specific pendant piece to be made for them, they either send us the items that they want setting in the pendant or we will source the items and come back to the customer with a quote on how much the piece will cost along with a production time estimation.
